Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Return / Exchange

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags intact.

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Return Process & Refund

  • The customer is required to send the parcel back to Stylophy at their own expense.

  • Once the returned parcel is received and inspected by our team, the refund process will be initiated.

  • Refunds are issued through online bank transfer to the customer’s provided bank account details.

  • Refund processing may take 7–10 working days after successful inspection.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size or article change, subject to product availability.

  • Return shipping charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
