Eligibility for Return / Exchange

Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags intact.

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Return Process & Refund

The customer is required to send the parcel back to Stylophy at their own expense.

Once the returned parcel is received and inspected by our team, the refund process will be initiated.

Refunds are issued through online bank transfer to the customer’s provided bank account details.

Refund processing may take 7–10 working days after successful inspection.
Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for size or article change, subject to product availability.

Return shipping charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
